The following forms must be completed and submitted each year in order for a student to participate in basketball tryouts: Preparticipation
Physical Evaluation, Consent and Release from Liability Certificate, Code of Conduct for Student Athletes, Code of Conduct for Parents/Guardians.

You are exempt from this Athletics Usage Fee when you sign up for the Golden Panther Booster Club. We encourage everyone to join.
